This course is a 4-week Self Guided Course. It offers an introduction to the fundamental principles and techniques of meditation. Participant will explore various styles of meditation, breath work, visualization and combining meditation with journaling.

We will start with the breath and posture and move into other techniques. The variety will help you hone in on what type of meditation and mindfulness works best with you and your lifestyle. 

No prior experience is necessary. This course is great for someone wanting to have a regular practice, whether you have had a practice in the past or now. 

Each day you will have a task that will help progress your practice. Each week you will have lessons to work through so you have a better understanding about meditation, the principles, ways to incorporate meditation into your busy schedule. The time you sit will also increase as the course progresses.
