What to Expect in Each Session

Guided Meditation & Journaling

  • You will cozy in our space whether it is in a sitting or laying posture–choice is yours! 

  • Guided Meditation: You’ll be led through a calming meditation focused on grounding, Tuning-in and centering. 

  • Journaling Reflection: Following meditation, we’ll transition into guided journaling to reflect and release, allowing space for personal insights. 

  • All sessions are followed up with a beautiful conversation to connect with the fellow meditators. No one is forced to speak, so chime in only if it feels right!

Sound Baths

  • Healing Sounds: Lie back and immerse yourself in the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments. 

  • Deep Relaxation: The sound waves will guide you into a state of relaxation where mind and body naturally heal. 

  • Energy Alignment: Experience a sense of calm and harmony as the vibrations work to align your body’s energy.
